1. Package Selection: Clients can choose from a variety of coaching packages tailored to their needs. Each package includes a specific number of sessions and duration as outlined in the package details.

2. Payment: Payment for coaching packages is due in full prior to the commencement of the first coaching session, unless you select the monthly payment option. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and pay pal. 

3. Booking Sessions: Sessions will be booked by your coach at a mutually agreed upon time. Cancellations or changes to the scheduled sessions should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. 

4. Session Duration: Each coaching session typically lasts 50 minutes as specified in the chosen package. 

5. Refunds and Fulfillment: Due to the nature of services provided by Michelle Gauthier Life Coaching, we cannot offer refunds. If your services have not yet been rendered, we will consider a refund. If your coaching has already been fulfilled, we cannot offer refunds.  

6. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made directly with your coach. Please email [email protected]

7. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are confidential, and client information will be handled with the utmost discretion and respect for privacy.
