It is a straightforward, 3 step process that I use to guide my 1 on 1 clients to a calmer, more intentional life.
STEP 1: PAUSE. First, we review all of the key areas in your life. We’ll determine what’s not working, and celebrate what is.
STEP 2: EDIT. We’ll take the list of “not working” and start working on changes right away. You may need better boundaries, different thoughts, or to say “no” more often. You may need to de-clutter your home, your calendar, and your relationships.
STEP 3: ADD. After we finish editing all of the areas that need it, we’ll add in a few new things to make your transition to calm complete, such as new habits and self care.

It's a simple process. Once you learn it, you can use it forever.
